Operating principle of wiper:
The motor on the wiper drives the output through the worm gear on the armature shaft and drives the output gear through the idler gear and idler gear shaft. Then the output shaft controls the output arm connecting the wiper linkage. When the motor rotates, the output arm and linkage are driven to move forward and backward.
The wiper is a piece structure installed in front of the windshield and consists of motor, reducer, four-link mechanism, wiper arm spindle, wiper blade assembly, etc.
The key for the wiper to play a good role is that the rubber wiper blade can maintain sufficient wetness. Only with sufficient wetness can it have very good toughness to maintain the close contact with the window glass.
